As members of the Church, we have been taught “to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all (The Prophet Joseph Smith, Times and Seasons, 15 Mar. 1842, page 732). Opportunities for service are all around us – in our homes, neighborhoods, churches, and communities.

Humanitarian Services
For millions of people in need around the world, the humanitarian outreach program of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints offers hope and the potential for a life that transcends disease, poverty, and despair.

Deseret Industries
Deseret Industries is both a non-profit, vocational rehabilitation facility as well as a thrift store where people can donate new and gently-used merchandise and purchase quality, inexpensive goods.
