Welfare Specialists
Welfare specialists are members of the Church called by their leaders to assist welfare committees and individual members or families as needed. These specialists help with such things as finding employment, improving nutrition and sanitation, storing food, obtaining health care, improving literacy, managing finances, meeting social and emotional needs, and other welfare needs. The work that welfare specialists perform is entirely voluntary and done out of love for their fellow men.
