Through institutes of religion, the Church Educational System (CES) and Employment Resource Services work together to help young adults throughout the world improve their careers. As a result, each student will be in a better position to serve others and gain a stronger testimony of the gospel.

Institutes of religion and employment centers work together to:

• Provide career guidance for students so they can meet their employment needs.
  
• Arrange for volunteers to offer career guidance and teach career planning workshops at institutes.
  
• Post job, education, and self-employment opportunities.
  
• Provide institute student councils with marketing materials to reach out to potential students.
