Agent Stake for Welfare Operations Responsibilities


Maintain Facilities


Members of the agent stake operating committee visit the welfare operation regularly and help to assess safety and maintenance needs, including care of the grounds. Facility upkeep provides many work opportunities for those who are receiving welfare assistance. The facility should be clean and orderly and free of safety hazards.

Capital needs assessment (CNA). Welfare Services works closely with Facilities Management (FM) to maintain facilities. The local FM group conducts a capital needs assessment annually with the operations manager to schedule the repair and replacement of facilities and equipment. The annual schedule should be reviewed in the agent stake operating committee to allow input and priesthood oversight.
