Employment Resource Services helps people set feasible career goals. The service also identifies schools, training programs, and apprenticeships around the world. It finds sources of financial aid and helps people prepare to enroll in schools. Employment Resource Services and Church Educational System staff work closely together to help members of the Church who need more financial aid apply for a loan from the Perpetual Education Fund.
