"O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted! Behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colors, and lay thy foundations with sapphires" (3 Nephi 22:11).

With the passing of new "no-fault divorce" laws and changing family values and attitudes, there has been an alarming increase in the divorce rate. Usually the real victims of divorce, the children, experience the most trauma. Feelings of guilt, anger, bitterness, and sadness are commonly-felt emotions. Maintaining faith, staying close the Lord, and receiving support from others are vital in coping with and healing from a divorce.
